The second part of this clip from the classic movie Animal House discusses the cool idea that each atom in the world could be an individual solar system. When you think about it, both solar systems and atoms have a central body (sun/nucleus) with littler bodies (planets/electrons) orbiting it. Highly unlikely, but still something cool to ponder. Does this similarity between one of the smallest and one of the largest things perceivable by man show a possible remaining link left behind by the creation of the universe and everything inside?

Daily Explosion
Most people think that they have a good concept of what "self" actually is. But in reality, there seems to be some unknown, unseen force inside of us. Think of it like this, you can observe your own thoughts in a similar manner to the way you can observe other people's thought and objects... If this is true, then who is really inside of us doing the observing?!? Does this concept of a force inside of ourselves explain why humans feel the need to reach out to third parties like religions and myths to find a greater power?

WTF?!?!
Brain to Boomtown Ideas
This is the first post in segment where I will post mind-blowing/cool ideas that I have come across in my adventures...
Imagine a state of reality where our world is only an illusion of the truth that exists in an alternate reality, a reality of nothing but darkness and one giant, hovering, red button. A reset button. Had a near-death experience? Well this theory would state that that near-death event really was an event where you died. In fact, you could die many times a year. However every time you die, the illusion of reality as we know it fades away into the truth that is the darkness realm. There you get to hit that reset button and it gives you another chance at life, taking that car accident or cliff diving adventure gone wrong away and erasing all memory of it. Of course, you would only be able to perceive of this alternate state of darkness when you are in the realm. One day however, those reset's will run out, and your soul will remain in the true realm of darkness for all of eternity in what we call death. What happens when a death is out of our control you may say, for instance in the case of a murder? Well this theory would state that in the event of one's reset capabilities being stripped from them, the soul would remain, waiting for its resets to be used up, thus explaining why we have ghosts/apparitions... Pretty trippy right?! Post comments/ criticisms below...

BOOM! Difficult right? Well scientists have figured out that there are other colors out there in different light spectrum that are essentially invisible to the human eye. Some people think they perceive these "impossible colors" by crossing their eyes so the crosses in the pictures below are on top of each other... I'm not sure I but it but if you think you have the power to see into a new dimension of color? Post a comment we want to hear!
